Steam beer for a chilly night

The steam beers we brewed a couple of weeks ago are ready and damn tasty.
Tonight, I am brewing an Alt-inspired recipe — a German beer that is fermented like an ale, but cold stored like a lager. The resulting beer is smooth and easy-drinking, yet exhibits the fruitiness of an ale.
We’ll see how it turns out. Look for the recipe tomorrow.
