We’re about to board our flight home after a quick but action-packed trip to Seattle.
There’s a large stained glass installation near the A gates here at the airport. It’s 30 feet tall and is making our goodbye quite a bit cheerier.

I’m not sure Andrea saw GORT the robot sneaking up on her at the Science Fiction Museum.

The Revolution Bar + Grill at the Experience Music Project is a nice little oasis for beer lovers when doing the obligatory tourist bits in Seattle.
Great burgers and this 50 tap wall will ensure you’re contented. The amber beer sampler includes Fat Tire, Alaskan Amber and Stone’s Arrogant Bastard — a nice little troika of malty fun. The other themed samplers include Belgian and Seattle beers.

Our trip would not be complete without a trip to the jetsons-like Space needle. It’s so tall, we couldn’t quite fit our big heads in the picture. Because of the “steep” price (ha) of 13 dollars, we opted not to be “beamed up” to the top - but I did take lots of pics from down here on Earth.
