Birthday beer in Richmond

Today is Rose’s 39th birthday (again), and I sneaked into town this afternoon to take her out for dinner.

Since she enjoyed it so much last time, Rose has chosen to sup at Legend Brewing Company tonight. Funny enough, they make a pretty good brat plate (with decent sauerkraut and potato salad), so it’s a little piece of Deutschland to boot.

Believe me, I’m not complaining — I’m enjoying a cask conditioned imperial stout, finished with piney hoppiness. My bison burger will be here soon enough as well.
