Brew Night with tasty beverages

Sean and I are making some fall beers in wintry conditions. Tonight’s low temps are going to be close to freezing — so we are having some of my super-tasty Phat Tyre-like brew to speed things along.

I’m making a twist on the Belgian Saison style, just in time for T’giving. It will be spiced with star anise, coriander, ginger and orange peel. Mmmmm.

Sean is rustling up another Fall Fest with cluster hops — code-named ClusterFest. It too will be tasty, and help replace the depleted Fall Fest from this weekend.
