Jay, George, Sean and I toast to our brew night.

Sean is brewing a Schwarzbier (black lager), and I am cooking up a smoked porter that will be fermented with the steam beer yeast from last week’s brew night. George and Jay are taking notes for setting up their own all-grain system.

Nothing wrong with a litle beery education, right?
