Thank goodness for yogurt poofs

We’re finally up and running this morning after a late night at Holland Casino. (Ask Andrea about her “go big or go home” betting strategy.)

In our race kits for the World Airline Road Race, we found these curious little snacks in a urine sample-like cup. Turns out they are little yogurt poofs — light and delicately flavored. They were surprisingly good, and a welcome addition to our morning.

Now, if the Dutch only had some coffee poofs around here, we’d be set.
