Brewery visit: Bryggriet Apollo

Mark and I are finishing off our whirlwind brewery tour of Copenhagen with a stop at the Bryggeriet Apollo. Yes, it happens to be tacked on to the main train station (convenient!), but that doesn’t make it a tourist trap.

While it only has two house beers — a smooth and seriously tasty stout and a pilsner that could pass for a wheat ale — it is a worthy stop for continuing the party vibe while downtown.
