A date with the Keizer

We’ve finally made it to Het Anker brewery for a beer and a late lunch.

We ordered the Cuvee Van De Keizer 2005, their most exclusive brew. It is brewed once a year on February 24 to commemorate the reign of emporer Charles V, and is a limited production beer. At 11 percent abv, this is a beer that is best enjoyed in moderation.
