It’s a foggy morning in Hong Kong today. Since my sleep patterns are not quite settled yet, I was up promptly at 445am (!). While I wasn’t necessarily hoping for an early start, I’ve been able to see some of the city before it woke up.
The guidebooks say go to the Peak when it’s a clear day, for amazing views of the harbor. The early start, while not ideal for that harbor photo, gave me the entire peak to myself. It’s a contemplative place, with many residents doing Tai Chi to start the day.

Great shot! I taught you well! A foreground subject provides perspective. But of course you know that.
It looks like all those years of being your grip are finally paying off.
