Brewery Visit: Sweetwater Brewing Co.

Another month, another Sweetwater “tour”.
Last weekend’s Cask Ale Festival inspired me to get back here for a tour under regular circumstance — you know, just rolling up after work for a cold pint or two. So here I am, this time with Darcy in tow.
While you can’t see it in the photo, I’m enjoying a Happy Ending imperial stout. A smooth, roasty brew of some heft (9% abv), this one’s perfect for wintertime drinking.
Ah, the joys of under-employment.

Ummm doesn’t “rolling up after work for a cold pint or two” require actually WORKING?!
Enjoy the beers–will be thinking of you at Mardi Gras this weekend; they all always ask about The Colonel!
