Beers around the World: Lost in Translation, Part 1

Some folks will want their beach beer anywhere in the world, including the here at the Narita Hilton (courtesy of the Am/Pm store).

Perhaps the price of fresh fruit in this country is to blame, but unfortunately, the “lime squeezing” experience has given way to a packet of lime juice concentrate attached to the bottleneck. I’m sure it tastes just the same as with a real green wedge, but changes the experience a little. (Hey look, even a beer nerd gets stuck on a Mexican beach with nothing else to drink once in a while…)
