This is an archive of the mobile phone blog that I published during this trip in October, 2004.

All photos were published to the site in real-time from Atlanta and points across Europe using a T-Mobile Sony Ericsson T610 phone, the Flickr photo service and Blogger software. With this trio of tools (and unlimited photo email on my T-Mobile phone plan!), real-time web publishing became quite easy -- a plus in today's instant gratification society.

Mark is coming to pick me up in 90 minutes, and we’ll be cracking open a Mahr’s Bock to celebrate our trip to Germany and the Czech Republic.

During the next few days, I’ll be (hopefully) publishing photos and text entries to document our journey fom the beerhalls of Germany to the birthplace of Pilsner.
