Hasta luego de Panama!

We’re on our way home now, in spite of my time-telling error.
See you back in the US!
It's the first week of April, and that means it's Andrea's spring break from school. This year, we are making our first trip to Central America. The photos of the trip are being published to the site in real-time from Atlanta and Panama using my trusty T-Mobile Treo 600, the Flickr photo service and WordPress software.
Salut!

We’re on our way home now, in spite of my time-telling error.
See you back in the US!

I should have seen the clues earlier in the week.
“Hey, seems like the Panama Canal is closing late.”
“Why is the dance performance starting so late?”
“Why is our wake up call an hour late?”
I’ll tell you why: Panama doesn’t follow daylight savings time. Painfully, we found this out only as we were checking out at *408* am. We’ve been an hour early for almost the entire vacation, and didn’t even realize it.
So we checked back in for a few minutes to have a last cup of coffee before heading out. I *think* we should be able to make our flight on time.
